Terms of Service
Welcome to Snapmonic! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snapmonic mobile application ("App," "Service") developed by Mustafa Çetin ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Snapmonic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Snapmonic is an AI-powered photo transformation application that allows users to transform their photos using various artificial intelligence effects and styles. The Service processes your photos through AI models to generate transformed images based on your selected effects.
Important: AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations. The quality and accuracy of transformations depend on various factors including input image quality, selected effects, and AI model capabilities.
2. User Accounts
Account Creation
You may use Snapmonic with an anonymous account or by signing in with Google or Apple. To make purchases and protect your subscription benefits, we strongly recommend creating a registered account.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Plans
Snapmonic offers subscription plans that provide access to AI transformation features and virtual currency (coins). Subscription options, pricing, and included benefits are displayed in the App and may be updated from time to time.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged for the renewal unless auto-renewal is turned off.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. We do not have access to your payment card information.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or use the "Report a Problem" feature in your purchase history.
4. Virtual Currency (Coins)
Nature of Coins
Snapmonic uses a virtual currency system ("Coins" or "SMCRD") for accessing AI transformation features. Coins are:
- A limited license to use specific features within the App
- Not real currency and have no monetary value outside the App
- Non-transferable between users or accounts
- Non-refundable once acquired
Coin Allocation
Subscribers receive a specific amount of coins based on their subscription plan. The exact amount and distribution frequency are specified in the App at the time of subscription.
Coin Expiration
Important: Unused coins do NOT carry over to the next subscription period. At the start of each new billing cycle, your coin balance resets to the amount included in your subscription plan. We encourage you to use your coins before your subscription renews.
Coin Usage
Each AI transformation requires a certain number of coins. The coin cost for each effect is displayed in the App before you initiate a transformation. Coin costs may vary by effect and are subject to change.
One-Time Coin Packages
We may offer one-time coin packages for purchase. These packages are subject to the same terms regarding non-transferability and non-refundability. Coins from one-time packages may have different expiration terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
No Coin Refunds
Once a transformation is initiated and coins are deducted, the transaction is final. No refunds will be provided for used coins, even if you are unsatisfied with the AI-generated result.
5. User Content
Your Photos
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to Snapmonic. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the transformation service.
AI-Generated Content
You own the transformed images generated from your photos. You may use, share, and distribute these images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.
Content Restrictions
You agree NOT to upload or process photos that:
- Contain illegal content or violate any laws
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Contain explicit sexual content or nudity
- Depict violence, abuse, or harmful activities
- Contain images of minors without parental consent
- Are intended to harass, defame, or harm others
- Could be used for fraud, impersonation, or deception
We reserve the right to refuse processing any content that violates these restrictions without refund.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or coins
- Circumvent any security measures or usage limits
- Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content
7. Intellectual Property
The Snapmonic App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Mustafa Çetin and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
AI transformation results are generated by third-party machine learning models and may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or inability to use the Service
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Unsatisfactory AI transformation results
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Termination by You
You may stop using Snapmonic at any time by deleting the App and canceling your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse the Service or other users
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you lose access to your account, unused coins, and any subscription benefits. We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused coins or remaining subscription time in cases of termination due to Terms violations.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snapmonic, its developer, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or create using the Service
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
13. Age Requirements
Snapmonic is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the Service and make purchases.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Effective Date" below. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Legal Compliance
By using Snapmonic, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
16. Third Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, Inc. and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
You and Snapmonic acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Snapmonic only, and not with Apple. Snapmonic, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
